A Message From Our Founder: The Queen Eboni Story

Welcome, Queens!

If you’re reading this, you’ve already taken the first step in reclaiming your beauty, your confidence, and your crown.

At Queen Eboni, we don’t just sell cosmetics, hair, or lashes, we sell empowerment. We represent a promise: that Black women should be seen, heard, celebrated, and catered to in every corner of the beauty world...without compromise.

This brand was born from lived experience, from frustration, from fire and from love.

Let me take you behind the brand.

The Beginning: Created From a Void

As a Black woman, walking through beauty aisles often felt like walking through a world where I didn’t exist.

The “nude” shades weren’t nude for me. The hair textures didn’t match mine. The foundation tones stopped right before they got to my skin tone. The lash styles were made for features that didn’t reflect my own. The models on the packaging didn’t look like my mother, my sisters, or me.

I felt invisible in an industry that was built on our creativity but didn’t reflect our presence.

And I knew I wasn’t the only one.

Queen Eboni was created to change that. To not only make space for us, but to center us. To finally say, “You’re not an afterthought, you are the blueprint.”

Why "Queen Eboni"?

The name holds weight on purpose.

“Eboni” is more than a name; it’s a tribute to our roots. It reflects the richness of melanin, the strength of Black femininity, and the legacy of beauty that runs through our bloodlines. It’s soft yet powerful, classic yet bold.

“Queen” is your title — not earned, not given, but inherent. We call every woman who joins our community a queen, because that’s what you are. We don’t ask for crowns. We walk like we were born with them.

Together, Queen Eboni represents what happens when we stop waiting for validation and start defining beauty for ourselves.

Queen Eboni exists not just to serve Black women, but to empower us to remind us of our brilliance, even when the world forgets.

We believe that beauty is political, cultural, spiritual and deeply personal. We believe that the way you wear your hair, your makeup, your lashes, or your bare skin is an act of self-love.

And we want to be right there with you on that journey.

Because when Black women feel seen, heard, and celebrated we rise higher.
And when one queen rises, we all rise.
